Circles of Grace
The Circles of Grace Workshop is a group process based on the most current and scientific understanding of adult mental health and how we are affected by trauma. We utilize the most effective methods to help you process your trauma and move forward in life, unencumbered by past experiences.
- Eliminate patterns of behavior that do not work
- Identify the negative cycle that you are stuck in
- Learn tools to address negative emotion
- Build a foundation of trust to move forward in life

Courage in Partnership
Relationships are complicated, especially when affected by betrayal, addictions, trauma, childhood, or other life changing events. No matter the gravity of the current events in your relationship, we can help you navigate the course that is right for both of you.
The Couples Workshop is designed for you as a couple to work exclusively with one of our trained therapists for four days. You will accomplish with us in 4 days what traditional face to face therapy will try to accomplish in 6 months’ time. You will benefit regardless of your prior experience in therapy.
Includes 4 days and 3 evenings, Thursday-Saturday or Thursday-Sunday

Pathway Workshop
The Pathway Workshop is designed for individuals. Pathway is 3-4 days with a customized design for your healing and hope. You will be able to address your unique issues with one of our trauma informed therapists. During your time in the Pathway workshop, you will work with your therapist to acquire resources and tools for healing that will be uniquely designed for you.
The dates forPathway are the same as the Circles of Grace Workshops. You will be invited to attend the morning lectures and the evening activities that Circles of Grace participants will be attending, but not required.
Special arrangements can be made for different dates for Pathway.
Includes 3-4 days and 3 evenings. Monday-Wednesday or Monday-Thursday
Fee $4,065 – $5420

This is Us, Workshop for families
Whatever the cause of a family rupture, each situation is unique. No matter the reason, even if family relationships are changed permanently, there is hope. This is Us workshop with the help of our trained therapist will help mend your family relationships. There is always hope for healing and moving forward.
This is Us Workshop is offered on an as needed basis. With the help of our skilled therapist, you decide who should attend, where the workshop will take place and the number of days needed for the workshop.
Fee: The fee will vary depending on the number of days needed (3-5), location (our facility, rental or your home) and whether one or two trained therapists are needed.
