 Therapist Profile

Adverse and traumatic events in life can leave us feeling unseen, unheard, and misunderstood. I believe healing begins when we become present with the pain and honor its existence. Having navigated many complex pitfalls in my own life I have learned to believe in healing. My approach to therapy is compassion-focused, warm, direct, and research-based. My therapeutic style seeks to create safety as I walk with you on your healing journey valuing choice in the therapeutic relationship.

I work with anxiety& depression, trauma/post traumatic stress disorder, sex-abuse, betrayal trauma, trauma bonding, attachment issues, codependency, addictions/pornography/substance use, religious trauma, faith realignment/transition, LGBTQ+, same sex attraction, grief/breavement, relational distress, emotional regulation, stress management, self-compassion, mindfulness, individuals and groups.
